Is God At any time Silent?

But I found nothing at all to indicate that God will become deaf and mute and withholds His counsel when we are strolling uprightly in Him. Psalm fifty: three (NIV) even suggests, “Our God comes and will not be silent.” That was answer plenty of for me. God will not be silent.
