Delray Beach real-estate developer, Anthony Pugliese went along to jail to get a real estate property deal that went bad in Orlando. Anthony Pugliese plead no contest to fraud and multiple theft charges, and it was sentenced to months in jail in December of 2015. Anthony Pugliese have also been ordered to pay for more than $1 million dollars in restitution money after his arrest next year. Mr. Pugliese was heavily linked to a real estate development deal before his incarceration, a true estate deal that went south, documents show.
A 61 square mile project called 'Destiny' was to function as the outcome. Anthony Pugliese admitted in the courtroom that he created several fake companies, as well as phony mailing addresses and pretend invoices so that he could steal approximately $1.2 million dollars from his former partner. After his 2012 arrest associated with these charges, Gov. Rick Scott removed Mr. Pugliese through the Judicial Nominating Commission, citing higher than a dozen charges against Anthony Pugliese. If convicted, he could face prison for several years ahead. Anthony V. Pugliese III has been suedby PNC bank for funneling huge amount of money to relatives with his fantastic other affiliated companies to ensure he wouldn't be forced to pay more than $21 million in taxes. PNC Bank claims Mr. Pugliese transferred millions of dollars to loved ones, including his wife, Laura Pugliese, and his son Anthony V. Pugliese IV, and the others to defraud the financial institution along with other creditors. As outlined by court documents, his bank-account went from over $16M to simply $520,058 in cash, so when questioned, Pugliese was without a remedy for which happened to the money.
