A company making portable hotel rooms that pop up at outdoor events like Glastonbury is seeking a £30m float on the London Stock Exchange.

Snoozebox, which has fashioned its rooms out of shipping containers, created its temporary hotel concept as an alternative to camping at events.

Each stackable unit has double and single beds, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and an en-suite wet room.

They are designed to  be independent of all water, power and drainage facilities.

Boss Robert Breare, a veteran of the hospitality industry, hopes the float will ‘catapult Snoozebox into the marketplace for event accommodation'.
