Real Estate Investors - What really is Private Lending

Private lending, as I train it and as I actually do it, is a relationship type of loaning between my company and another individual. That specific can be one of two people. It might be what I call an outdoors third-party person. Maybe I actually do not know that person but through marketing, relationships or referrals, I actually have developed a relationship with that person. I actually have sat down with that person, either in one-on-one or in group settings.

I have developed a program by which I describe to them how they can invest in my reits business. I've gone through and explained my backdrop and my skills and I've shown them deals, both good and bad deals. I have explained to them the investment returns they will get. I've explained to them the security they're heading to get on their loans. At that point that individual may or might not want to get with me, but that is a person that up and also to that point Some have a relationship with.
