Intended for almost all of us, choosing to be fit is more a test of will than an one time decision. Being "fit" includes a change in our lifestyle much more than just embarking after a new exercise or diet program. For me, the choice came into being 15 years back. I was about twenty-four years old when friends of mine convinced me personally to start out going to the gym as a group. At that time, I knew I didn't really like the way I looked, therefore i thought it would be a good idea. How hard could it be? Well, it didn't take long before I knew the answer to that question. And to tell you the truth, at that time my workouts were not that difficult. But getting up at 5am to be at the gym by 5: 30, certainly was, Likewise, since there were 4 people and only 1 really knew what this individual was doing, the workouts were VERY long. Too much time when you mix in the cooler talk that often overtook some workouts.
