Example of used savings cost

Taking the example above, lets assume Consumer A purchases 2 used machines and Consumer B buys TWO used embroidery machines.

Lets call these people Bob and Sara.

Bob pays an initial investment of $13,495.00 for his NEW embroidery machine Sara pays an initial investment of about $14,500.00 for her TWO used machines of the same example model as purchased by Bob.

Sara initially pays more money but she has 2 heads. Bob decides to buy new and has a brand new machine that has never been used and some extras such as the starter kit, designs, etc.

Sara and Bob do not like making a lot of money so, they decide to only charge customers for embroidery charges and digitizing fees. Sara and Bob do not charge for garments, do not charge for setup, do not charge for digitizing, off thread color fees, or anything extra. They only each charge the same amount of $10 per garment embroidered.

Sara and Bob both get the same contract from a very large corporation willing to pay $10 per garment embroidered. Bob is really happy because he paid the extra money for the starter kit and has a lot of thread to use, and lots of predigitized designs that he paid for. Unfortunately for him, this corporation uses a teal green color that did not come with his starter kit. Sara likewise did not buy the starter kit so both Bob and Sara have to buy thread. They both buy plenty of spools to finish their contracts. Unfortunately for Sara, she has two machines and has to buy double the thread. Sara pays $30 for thread and Bob spends $15.
